Current Projects

An experiment on how to use different types of urban waste to grow mushrooms
Together with our friends from De Stuurlui Stedenbouw and Groundcondition, we spent a rainy Sunday in October building up our MUSHROOM TREES installation
Research into urban waste management has led us to work on a new and exiting project called the MUSHROOM TREES. Together with de Stuurlui Stedenbouw and Groundcondition, who are responsible for the concept and design, we are experimenting with different types of waste such as coffee grounds, paper and cardboard and try to convert them into delicious mushrooms.

Sunday the 14th of October we spent the day cooking paper and cardboard, crumbling mushroom mycelium, mixing coffee grounds and stuffing all of this into our brand new Mushroom Trees.
